Contrinex has added a classical housing type (series 600) to its Washdown range of food industry approved inductive sensors. The range now includes not only Full Inox one-piece stainless-steel sensors in sizes M12, M18 and M30, but also the new Classics type in a standard M12 size.
The new inductive sensor has a food grade housing in V4A/AISI 316L stainless steel with PPS (polyphenylene sulfide) sensing face. It offers an operating distance of two millimeters and is IO-Link enabled in the PNP NO version. The Classics Washdown sensor is embeddable and connection is via an S12 connector.
