TÜV SÜD Chemie Service will showcase its comprehensive portfolio of services for safe, reliable and cost-effective process facilities at ACHEMA 2015.
In addition, the experts from the international service provider will feature in the programme of this flagship trade fair for the process industry, presenting a total of six technical talks on topics extending from failure analysis and process safety to materials technology.
Within the scope of their risk assessments, the experts at TÜV SÜD Chemie Service investigate the potential internal and external hazards systematically and with proactive anticipation. They carry out in-depth analyses of chemical processes, including mechanical and technical malfunctions and errors in the systematic analysis itself.
"Sometimes safety requirements and changes to safety requirements are only developed after an incident has taken place, with the aim of reducing the risk of similar events in the future", explains Rainer Semmler, expert TÜV SÜD Chemie Service."It is imperative that we reverse this approach and anticipate potential hazards in order to avoid them before they turn into problems."
Such hazards include malfunctions that may result in the breakdown of a cooling system or agitator.
