Programmable pressure transmitters

The programmable pressure transmitters of the PTM series from Sensor Technik are available in nominal pressure ranges from 0-100mbar up to 0-1000bar. Their pressure ranges are adjustable from -5% to +105% FS in a ratio of 1:4 without any specification changes. Measuring units and damping can also be adjusted. The reverse voltage and short-circuit protected absolute and gage pressure transmitters have an RS485 (MODBUS) interface with pressure and temperature outputs and meet the EMC Directive EN61000. A 4-20mA output signal with a conformity error of 0.1% maximum is available. The versatile PTM housing concept allows the user an adaptation of the pressure port or electrical connection to his mechanical requirements. The PTM/N is also available in an Ex version for level measurement in ranges from 0-1mwc up to 250mwc. Typical application areas of these programmable pressure transmitters include machine plant and process engineering, food processing, mobile hydraulics as well as measuring and control technology.
