Pneumatic control valve

The 565 pneumatic control valve suits low flowrates indosing applications, available in DN 3-15 with Kv values from 63-3,300l/h. The control characteristics are linear or equal-percentage depending on the regulating cone. Subsequent replacementof the regulating cone is possible at any time. It offers a hermetic separation between actuator and working medium by a sealing diaphragm, available in EPDM or FPM and easily replaceable. The valve body in PVDF, PVC-U or stainless steel 1.4435 makes the valve suitable for use in the pharmaceutical industry as well as in chemical or water treatment applications. The maximum operating temperature is 60-80°C depending on the valve body, the maximum operating pressure 0-6bar depending on version and operating temperature. The valve can be paired with electro-pneumatic valve positioners. Using the 1434 positioner a compact, low cost version can be provided. Combined with the 1436 process controller, a PID control system can be implemented.
