With a IP66 Verderflex Aura Peristaltic Dosing Pump there is no need for non-return valves as the rotor maintains a seal between the dosing area and the chemical. It offers an automatic tube loading feature and push button priming simplifying changeover. Only the tube and connectors come into contact with the dosed liquid making the pump hygienic and suitable for a range of chemicals. It is tolerant of small solids and suited to shear sensitive flocculants. It provides a controllable, timed fixed flow rate dose with variable over-dosing protection or lockout. Flows are up to 80ml/min or 5 l/h with pressures to 4 bar and accuracy with no slip to better than ±2.5%.
