The final audit of TÜV which took place from 26 to 28 March 2013 had a positive outcome: PARCOL was awarded with the ISO 14001:2004 accreditation, the internationally recognized environmental management standard. Since its foundation Parcol has always stood out for its constant care to all problems connected with the effects on the environment of their activities and for its fulfillment of relating legal obligations. For this reason Parcol was awarded the certification in a relatively short space of time.
This important result will allow Parcol to manage adequately all the processes which could impact negatively on the environment and at the same time it allows an increased competitiveness on the markets, as this certification is considered a critical reference to access national and international tenders.
From its foundation in 1954 to the present day, Parcol has designed and produced a vast range of industrial automation products, developing along a path that started from pneumatic controllers to include control valves, safety valves and pressure reducing and desuperheating stations.
Today the company is internationally renowned and appreciated for its skill in producing control valves, from the simplest to those for more heavy duty purposes, presenting very critical challenges such as low noise levels, anticavitation, high differential pressures, high temperatures, service on toxic fluids and cryogenics.
