Mitsubishi Electric Corporation has finalized its acquisition of KH-Automation Projects GmbH, a subsidiary of Koop Holding Group. The parties completed the acquisition on 29th May 2013, with Mitsubishi Electric acquiring a 100% share of KH-Automation Projects GmbH, a long term strategic partner with over 50 years experience in industrial and process automation.

Hartmut Pütz, President of Mitsubishi Electric Factory Automation Europe, comments: “This strategic acquisition combines two partners who have been working together in a close relationship for the past 12 years.
