The Tip 0 Telescopic System by CO.RA for loading and unloading bins is designed for the pharmaceutical, chemical, food and cosmetic industry to transfer products between bins and process machines or packaging machines. The system protects the operational environment from cross contamination and allows emptying and filling containers in high containment conditions. The system is aseptic and completely cleanable; it is possible to supply the equipment with cleaning and washing devices such as CIP System (cleaning in place) and WIP (washing in place). The Tip has been designed to be easily dismantled for better access during cleaning and maintenance. After filling the machine it is possible to unload the machine with the same system. It consists of a fixed or mobile unloading station. The system works automatically and connects the bin to the unloading piping with a powder sealing connection, on disconnecting it isolates the lower unloading piping.
