Liquid Filling System

The FPC50W automatic liquid filling, stoppering and capping system offers a Wipotec weighing cell which provides 100% check weighing of all vials. The weighing cell is connected to the filling system and thus fully automatic recalibration of the filling pump during the entire batch is ensured. Programming is handled through a control panel comprising of a 12” touch screen as well as password protection to three levels. Operators are able to load and save programs with ease, as well as set and save process parameters for specific applications. The unit delivers fill volumes ranging from 0.1 to 100ml and a filling accuracy of ±0.5%, and suits applications involving small batches such as contract fillers and research and development trials and environments where cross contamination must be avoided. Its peristaltic design ensure that the entire fluid path is contained for single use making cleaning and validation extremely simple.
