All hoisting parts in Verlinde's Eurostyle H2O range for both jib cranes and gantry cranes are in non-corrosive materials. Some models receive additional protection with an epoxy powder coating. Hoisting units are available for a wide selection of load capacities, from 250 to 2000 kg, and spans. Jib cranes and gantry cranes in the range are furthermore made up of elements whose weight is well below 25kg, considered by occupational physicians to be the threshold that should not be exceeded for the frequent handling of loads. The flagship products in this range, Eurostyle ALU H2O range type VEFP and Eurostyle GALVA H2O range type VEFPT, are detachable jib cranes, the first in aluminium and the second in galvanized steel. The load range for the VEFP model varies from 300 to 500kg. Delivered in just 3 or 4 parts, one person can rapidly assemble and easily move them using special handling bags. The 360° rotation system is highly flexible and is provided by a pivot mounted in bearings. Both types are also economical because they are easily moved from one multi-station stand to another (bracket, anchor bolt or pinned to floor). The span of the ALU version is adjustable, with a radius of up to 1.50m. Specially designed for maintenance applications for pumps, stirring machines or other equipment in highly corrosive environments, Eurostyle VEP is a stainless steel or galvanized steel manual travel jib crane for loads from 125 to 250kg. The entirely stainless steel 304 L version is especially useful for agri-food applications. It can be easily moved to be placed on other fixed station supports. Standardization enables full interchangeability, span from 0.8 to 1,000mm.
