Globe valve line

Metso announced a launch of a line of Neles globe control valves, targeted in the first phase to the Asia Pacific, Chinese and Indian petrochemical, refining and oil & gas industries. Global launch is to follow in 2014. The Neles globe valve product line is designed for critical processes where extreme pressures and temperatures are issues, and offers advanced control and safety systems as well as advanced materials and seal technologies.

The globe valve series is designed for both general and severe service applications. The top of the line severe service valves use the Omega "Labyrinth" trim design to tackle even the toughest applications. Neles globe valves are used in various severe applications including anti-surge service. Metso also offers a specially designed steam conditioning valve. Each of the offerings is available with a variety of seat, seal, trim and actuation options to make them adaptable to a wide range of process conditions.

Neles globe valves provide innovative, fundamentally simple construction, operation and maintenance features to optimize process performance at the lowest cost. When paired with internationally acclaimed Neles ND9000 intelligent valve controllers, these devices provide very smooth response for exceptional process stability and remote diagnostics for highly cost-effective predictive maintenance.
