PilotMill-Zero is an extremly small fluid jet mill. Together with the established Labomill and PilotMill-1 it completes the line of micronisation systems specifically designed for pharmaceutical R&D laboratory applications. The mill offers a solution for preliminary feasibility micronisation trials with milligram size batches of New Chemical Entities, as well as of many other products. Just 10mg is the minimum batch micronized, the recovered product: amounts to 190mg (95% of yield on a 200mg batch).
