The LiquidFlow Controller integrates sensor, control electronics and proportional valves in a single compact device making it suitable for applications requiring the fully-automatic metered dosing of small amounts of liquids. It is designed for the dynamic control or metering of liquids such as deionised or demineralised water, methanol or low-viscosity oils. The controller offers measurement and dosage of liquids with a nominal flow rate of 0.6 to 36 l/h and a span of 1:10. Thanks to its compact design, the controller can be installed in difficult locations, such as directly behind angled piping. The device is available in a IP65 version for rough environments. The integration of sensor, control electronics and actuator makes it no longer necessary to design complex individual components, and avoids interface-related communication difficulties. The digital controller offers flow-rate measurements without moving parts inside the medium flow. The Integrated prefilter is replaceable. The interfaces include analogue/digital via field bus or RS232/RS485.
