Weiss Filter Fan Units (FFUs) are well suited for the use in clean rooms. Different clean room concepts as negative pressure plenum or operation with circulating air can be realised. FFUs are recommended to be used at air supply of large-size clean rooms as well as for realisation of clean room islands or clean working places. Foreseen modifications of use or changing procedures need a flexible clean air supply which is also offered by an FFU concept in order to realise a clean room concept adapted to the requirements by an arrangement of units, lamps and ceiling panels easy to change. The upgrading of clean rooms to a higher clean room class can be realised easily by an increased number of FFUs. With different control and regulating systems a whole range of applications can be realised from simple filter fan units up to complex plants with hundreds of FFUs, all these solutions are customizable.
