Atlas Copco launches its new DZS 2.2 to 6.2 kW dry claw vacuum pump range, which incorporates an innovative modular, easy-clean design to establish a new benchmark in dry claw vacuum pump simplicity, robustness, efficiency and contaminant handling capability. Suited for process applications, including pneumatic conveying, woodworking, drying, sterilising, impregnation, thermoforming and extrusion, the DZS range comprises three models: the DZS 065 V, DZS 150V and DZS 300V, with nominal displacements of 45, 90 and 180 cfm respectively.
The DZS pumps offer unrivalled ultimate vacuum levels ranging from 50-140 mbar(a), 28.3-25.8 Hg Vac. A major feature is the segregation of the corrosion- resistant pumping chamber from the gearbox.
