Wanner's popular Hydra-Cell G10 high pressure, diaphragm pumps are now available in a higher pressure version in both stainless steel and brass options. Conventionally the G10 has been rated with a maximum pressure of 70 bar and a maximum flow rate of 30 litres per minute.
The new versions, with modified fluid end engineering, are now rated with a maximum pressure of 100 bar at a maximum flow of 15 lpm, a modification that should open up many new applications for what is already reported to be a very popular and economical Hydra-Cell model.
Hydra-Cell multi-diaphragm pumps are characterized by their complete lack of dynamic seals, making them ideal for a wide range of transfer pumping, dosing, injection and metering applications where complete liquid containment is essential.
Having no dynamic seals also enables Hydra-Cell to pump abrasives and dirty fluids that may contain abrasive particles, situations that would eventually cause problems for other pumping technologies.
