Cen-Stat X45 and X90

The Cen-Stat X45 and X90 are general purpose static earthing clamp certified to ATEX and FM guidelines for safe use within hazardous areas.
The clamps are made from corrosion resistant stainless steel (304) and contain two hard wearing tungsten carbide tips that bite through rust, paint and product deposits.
The X45 clamp is designed for use in processes using drums, containers, solvent safety cans and mixing vessels of 100 litre capacity or less.  
The X90 clamp is designed for grounding large equipment ranging from 1000 litre (500 gallon) IBCs to mixing vessels and mobile tanks.   ATEX & FM approved: 1. Clamp Pressure Testing:      
Ensures clamp can establish and maintain low resistance electrical contact with equipment. 2. Electrical Continuity Testing      
Ensures the continuity from the tip throughout the clamp is less than 1 ohm. 3. High Frequency Vibration Testing      
Ensures the clamp can maintain positive contact when attached to vibrating equipment. 4. Mechanical Pull Testing      
Ensures the clamp cannot be pulled off the equipment without an intentional application of force. 5. Sources of mechanical sparking      
Ensures no mechanical sparking sources are present in the clamp.
