In order to serve the high standards of measurement and calibration instruments in harsh process environments, this family of robust process calibrators has been launched. The devices are offered as compact instruments type PC-HA as well as multifunction device PC-MF. The smaller compact calibrators are available for measuring ranges voltage/current, resistance thermometer/resitor, thermocouple/voltage and temperature source (thermocouple, resistance thermometer, resitor und voltage) and are all characterized by a high accuracy (e.g., in output DC ampere ±0.05% of set value with ±4μA). They are battery operated with a continuous operating time of approximately 12 hours at 10mA and can be used in ambient temperatures between 0 and 50°C at humidity of max 80%RH. The multi-function process calibrator PC-MF covers all measuring areas of the small calibrators in one device. The PC-MF is a likewise battery operated instrument which can be used as a measuring instrument and transducer for most electric and physical parameters.
