BASF has appointed Samson global supplier for the segment automated and manual valves. The global supplier status was granted on 1 November 2010 and lasts two years. Samson is a world-leading supplier of control valves, offering dependable delivery and extensive service. On 24 November 2010, the certificate was handed over to Mr. Hans-Erich Grimm, member of the Samson AG Executive Board responsible for the sales division, in a ceremony by Dr. Sven Krohn, Senior Manager in charge of automation, electrical equipment and valves in the Global Procurement and Logistics Unit at BASF SE.
