The extensive range of aseptic diaphragm valves have many applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics and life science markets and their CDSA design, enables savings to be made in the time taken for system cleaning and sterilising. Their sealing performance and the elimination of crevices at the diaphragm joint, enables SIP cycle times to be reduced and the time and chemical volume of CIP systems is also reduced. The range comprises the KMD, KMA and Steripur styles, all with stainless steel 316L bodies which have contoured and streamlined surfaces and are self draining. The compact Steripur is a high cycle, piston design with stainless steel actuator suited to manifold valve assemblies. The KMA range features a diaphragm or piston actuator with stainless steel support for steam applications. The compact KMD range has a highly smooth exterior making it suitable for washdown applications. Available in sizes from DN4 to DN100mm, the range is completed with the option to supply as a welded assembly or as a multiport design for mixing and blending applications.
