The 2016's edition of TIMGlobal Media major event for Maintenance and Plant Managers just closed its door with satisfying feedbacks and figures

    A New Successful Chapter for MaintenanceStories!

The 14th edition of MaintenanceStories closed its doors with much higher-than-expected results.

Based upon the accounts of application cases of Industrial Maintenance, the event organized by TIMGlobal Media and Manutenzione T&M, in cooperation with SEA, and Festo Academy as Associated Partner, took place Wednesday 15th June at the most important Airport in the North of Italy for number of passengers, Malpensa Airport, in the conference center of the Sheraton Hotel.

The appeal of the location and the high quality of the presentations have attracted approximately 150 selected participants among Maintenance and Plant Managers, who not only had the chance to stay up-to-date and share significant and current experiences, but also to get involved in the exclusive visit to the BHS, Baggage Handling System, held by SEA staff.

At the beginning of the event, TIMGlobal Media staff personally welcomed the audience: After the opening speech of President Orhan ErenberkCristian Son, Group Publisher, introduced the new President of A.I.MAN. (Italian Association for Maintenance), Saverio Albanese, Maintenance and Technical Materials Executive Manager at Eni Versalis, and previously Vice President A.I.MAN.

Stefano Dolci, Maintenance and Energy Manager of Malpensa Airport, was the Chairman of the event, with the support by Marco Marangoni, TIMGlobal’s Associate Publisher. Mr. Dolci introduced the Case Histories presented by Saras, Novelis, A-27, Autoware, Lear Corporation, LMS Nordic AB, Vetreria Borgonovo, Bonfiglioli Riduttori, Feralpi Siderurgica, Sae Flex, Magneti Marelli Powertrain, besides the insights offered by Festo AG, Henkel, Timken and Verzolla, and the results of the Survey on Maturity Levels of Maintenance Processes in Industrial Plants, shown by Festo Academy

The event was closed by Alberto Terranova, with a premiere presentation of the Baggage Handling System (BHS) of the airport, exclusively introduced for the first time at MaintenanceStories.
